Careful Rug Inspection & Tagging
During this stage, we examine every inch of your rug. We take notes and several pictures to identify prior damages, dog chew, pet urine accidents, liquid spills, staining, fading etc. These pictures allow us to determine the best technique to carefully clean & restore your rug. Our specialist will tag the rug to be washed accordingly.
Multiple Rounds of Dusting
We make sure that every single rug is dusted thoroughly multiple times on each side to remove all the dry soil and dust. Our latest 14 feet Duster is the most advanced and efficient dusting machine with beater bars proven to efficiently remove the deepest dust and dirt out of your rugs. (Evidence has shown that up to a pound of dirt can be found in one square foot of rug).We additionally move any gum spill, wax, dried pet accident to avoid spread during the wash.

Pre-Wash Treatment Process
We pre-treat strains with our 100 % natural and organic enzymes that break down and remove any pet odors and issues that cannot be treated prior to a wash. Rinse and Rewash
Each individual rug will be thoroughly hand cleaned over and over again until it passes a quality inspection. Often oriental rugs do not show how dirty they are, until they are washed. We can clearly see how unclean the water running down the drains. We then rinse all the dirt out and rewash it using our special shampoo and enzymes to ensure a deep penetration to the rug. Clean fresh water will eventually flush out any dirt left behind.
More Rinsing
At RUGGUYS, we need to make sure that no shampoo foam is left behind. We rinse multiple more times to prevent any stain left behind and we keep rinsing until we see 100% clear water.

Water Extraction
Our most advanced and modern centrifuge rug extractor removes almost 95% of the water from the rug. We ensure that one of our rug experts is safely monitoring the process.
Drying the area rug
Before we deliver your rug, we will make sure it is thoroughly dried using high speed air movers and dehumidifiers in order to remove any excess moisture out of your rug. We also make sure to add a deodorizer to potentially eliminate any unpleasant rug odor as needed

Now we’ve come full circle. The rug has gone through all the steps of the washing system. We now run a final inspection process to ensure all stains have been completely removed from your area rug and no damage afterwards have been caused during the process of cleaning.
