Our rugs were soaked from water coming in from the last major rainstorm. The RugGuys (Sam) were very friendly and professional. Took about a couple weeks but the rugs came out just like new and they dropped them off when it was convenient for me. Would recommend!

Such an easy experience! We got our 10×13 Feizy rug cleaned after being in our living room and it looks new. Coordinating pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Took about 3 weeks to get the rug cleaned and it was about $400 with taxes. We definitely recommend for rug cleaning.
Sam was very professional and explained their washing process and pricing very well! He quoted us and took our rug the same day and had it back with in the expected time frame. Our rug looks almost like new and smells so much better! They were even able to get the matting to look fluffy again. Would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for a rug cleaning.

Many people are quick to complain but few will take the time to congratulate a company on excellent service. We were in need of getting an area rug cleaned and it was our good fortune that Sam took my call and explained their rug cleaning service in detail, explaining required remedies. He explained the free inspection and quote service along with the fact they pick up and return the rug once the cleaning is complete. He communicated when he would be in the area and scheduled the inspection. Sam was professional, answered questions, detailed the methods used to clean the rug to ensure I would be satisfied. He took the rug and provided an estimated date for the return. Sam contacted me when the rug was ready and advised me of when he was in the area. He arrived within the time frame he stated, and was excited to share the results with me. The difference was noticeable. He went over what they had done and even showed videos of the process. Wow!!
